I Spy
I realize that most of the quiet book pages I have posted have been fairly complicated, so here is a rather simple page that is pretty common for most quiet books.
Materials Needed:
* Fabric (remember to prewash all fabrics)
* Large Rickrack
* 9"x9" square of reinforcement for the back of the page
Instructions:
* Cut 20 squares of fabric at 2.25" x 2.25"
* Sew together (with a 3/8" seam allowance) creating a grid of 4 across and 5 down
* Fold under and Iron 3/8" of the edge of the grid
* Position on page using the template then sew to page
* Sew rickrack over seam
* Attach a 1 1/2" binding
