This recipe was born in Italy. Comes as a shock, I know. Basically, while we were there, Nutella was a staple (okay, that is true for when we are living in the States too...). Anyway, I had an urge to bake one night, saw the Nutella sitting next to some pretzels and thought, Nutella is similar to peanut butter, I bet it would make a great cookie.... Low and behold, I was right. Careful, though, eating just one is basically impossible.
