1 package of instant Vanilla Pudding, made according to package directions
4 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Sour Cream
3 - 4 packages of Peppridge Farm, Raspberry Milano Cookies
In a large bowl, combine the pudding, cream cheese and sour cream. Using cooking spray, spray the inside of a spring-form pan. Put a thin layer of the pudding mixture in the bottom of the pan, then put in a layer of cookies, breaking them to fill in any gaps. Continue alternating pudding and cookie layers (using enough pudding to just cover the cookies) ending on a pudding layer. Crumble any remaining cookies and sprinkle them over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight.
